They offer stable and reliable operation and are relatively easy to install and maintain.

1. Metal Parts

This electric hoist gantry crane primarily consists of a main beam, outriggers, and a lower crossbeam. The main beam and lower crossbeam are constructed from four welded steel plates in a box-shaped structure, and the outriggers are also constructed from thick-walled rectangular tubing. The electric hoist travels directly beneath the I-beam lower flange of the main beam. For convenient storage and transportation, the main beam, outriggers, and lower crossbeam are connected as a single unit with M20 bolts.

2. Electric Hoist

The electric hoist can lift heavy objects and move longitudinally along the main beam. For details on its structural features, please refer to the relevant electric hoist manual.

3. Operating Mechanism

The drive system utilizes a three-in-one structure combining a motor, reduction gear, and brake. This makes the electric flat car's drive structure more compact, improves transmission efficiency, and simplifies maintenance compared to traditional belt-type acceleration and reduction gears. 4. Steering

The crane can travel straight and traverse. A steering gear is installed on the upper travel wheels. The steering motor can be controlled by a remote control button during travel or when parked. The output gear of the reducer adjusts the travel wheel angle to achieve steering.

The wheels are made of rubber-coated steel (forged wheels with a polyurethane exterior).

The travel wheel box and drive system utilize renowned domestic products, offering high load capacity, high drive efficiency, smooth operation, and low noise.

5. Control System and Safety Protection

The control system consists of a control circuit, remote control, and safety protection system.

It provides the following functions:

Both the remote control and the ground controller can control the crane's forward, reverse, steer, traverse, lift, lower, and left and right movements.

The travel motor is a soft-start motor, ensuring smooth travel and deceleration and stopping, ensuring smooth and impact-free crane operation.

3) The crane's safety protection system includes overload limit protection, short-circuit protection, and motor overload protection.

4) Two proximity switches are installed at each end of the crane to automatically brake and stop the crane if it encounters an obstacle during operation. To protect the safety of others and yourself.

5) Both ends of the crane are equipped with audible and visual alarms that sound and sound when the crane is in operation.
