The BX-type wall-mounted (pilaster-mounted) jib crane features a jib mounted on a user's wall or building pillar. This maximizes workshop space, saves production space, and provides flexible operation. It can be used in workshops or warehouses.

The wall-mounted jib crane (wall crane) consists of a bracket, jib assembly, and electric chain hoist. The jib is fixed to a wall or concrete pillar and can slew according to user needs. The slewing mechanism includes manual and electric slewing. The electric chain hoist is mounted on the jib rail and is used to lift heavy objects.

Structure and Operation

This machine mainly consists of 1. a jib; 2. a slewing mechanism; 3. an electric chain hoist.

The electric chain hoist has the functions of lifting and reciprocating on the beam.

The jib beam is slewed by a reducer on the slewing mechanism, which drives the roller.

See the attached diagrams for the electrical schematic and wiring diagram for the electrical components. The electrical control box is mounted on the chain hoist.

The machine is operated using the flashlight switch. The flashlight has eight buttons, controlling fast raising, fast lowering, slow raising, slow lowering, left and right slewing, and horizontal forward and backward movement of the hoist trolley.

Note:

1. During operation, do not press the fast or slow buttons and the reverse rotation button of the same motor simultaneously.

2. Do not stand under the boom while operating.

3. Do not pull heavy objects.

4. Do not overload the hoist.
