The column-mounted jib crane (also known as a column-mounted cantilever crane, column-mounted cantilever crane, column-mounted cantilever crane, column-mounted jib crane, column-mounted jib crane, column-mounted jib crane, or column-mounted jib crane) is a new generation of lightweight lifting equipment designed to meet modern production needs. The BZD column-mounted jib crane is a specialized lifting device designed to meet user needs. The column-mounted jib crane consists of a column assembly, slewing mechanism, jib assembly, and electric chain hoist. It primarily includes an upper column, lower column, main beam, main beam tie rods, hoisting mechanism (electric chain hoist), slewing mechanism, electrical system, ladder, and maintenance platform. The lower end of the column is fixed to the concrete foundation, and the jib pivots according to user needs. The slewing mechanism is available in manual or electric configurations. An electric chain hoist is mounted on the jib rails for lifting heavy objects.

This fixed-column jib crane, equipped with the highly reliable JPKK electric chain hoist, is particularly suitable for short-distance, frequent, and intensive lifting operations. It offers high efficiency, energy savings, ease of use, a small footprint, and ease of operation and maintenance. The electric chain hoist can lift and reciprocate on the beam. The jib beam is slewed by rollers driven by a reducer on the slewing mechanism. The electrical control box is mounted on the chain hoist.

The machine is operated via the flashlight switch. The flashlight switch has eight buttons, controlling fast raise, fast lower, slow raise, slow lower, left and right slewing, and horizontal forward and backward movement of the hoist trolley.

Note:

1. During operation, the fast/slow button and the reverse rotation button on the same motor must not be pressed simultaneously.

2. Do not stand under the boom during operation.

3. Do not drag heavy objects.

4. Do not lift excessive loads.

For ease of transportation, this machine is packaged disassembled. Our company provides installation, but users can also install it themselves according to the instructions in our product manual.
