PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The KPW electric trackless flat car is a trackless rubber-wheeled transport vehicle powered by batteries. Because it operates independently of traditional tracks, it is widely used for short-distance cargo transportation within workshops, factories, and warehouses. It features high performance, low noise, no pollution, flexible operation, and safety and convenience. It is particularly suitable for locations where laying tracks is inconvenient, or for crossing workshops where linear transport is not required. It is an ideal short-distance transport vehicle with steering function. The KPW electric trackless flat car is a trackless rubber-wheeled transport vehicle powered by batteries. The KPW rubber-tyred trackless electric flatcar is battery-powered and features electric steering. The motor, coupled with a speed reducer, drives the rubber wheels. It eliminates the need for rails and can be used on flat, hard surfaces within factories, offering excellent maneuverability. Industrial solid tires and polyurethane tires effectively protect workshop floors from wear and tear. The battery is imported traction battery, with stepless speed control. The vehicle is equipped with safety warning and detection devices, which immediately alarm and automatically stop upon encountering pedestrians or obstacles. The vehicle is powered by an internal lead-acid battery pack. An onboard control box controls the motor, which powers the drivetrain and starts and stops the vehicle. Operation is typically via a handheld controller or wireless remote control.
Unlike rail-mounted electric flatcars, the vehicle is not restricted by track and can turn and maneuver freely. It can be flexibly transported between workshops, making it very convenient to use. Therefore, certain operator requirements are required for this type of vehicle. Not everyone can operate a rubber-tyred electric flatbed trackless truck expertly. Professional operators are required to supervise and operate the flatbed. General operating requirements for electric flatbed tracks stipulate that the flatbed must not travel up or down slopes greater than 3 degrees (except for special vehicles). The flatbed must avoid rotating in place when turning, and must not reverse before stopping. Unlike steering-wheel trucks, electric flatbed tracks have shorter bodies, greater load capacities, and more maneuverability, allowing for remote control.
A disadvantage of electric flatbed tracks is that they are battery-powered and have limited operating time, requiring regular battery charging and maintenance.
